Construction Value: Typical project value of the Gants projects were around £500K per store.
PROJECT:
Simons worked with Gant to deliver over 20 retail stores across the UK and Ireland, including Cheshire Oaks, Edinburgh, Dublin, White City (Westfield London), Guildford, Reading and Manchester.
Many of the these projects to involved designing and delivering bespoke luxury retail environments in boutique locations, such as within Harrods of London and Selfridges in York.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Simons was appointed to provide a full architectural services throughout RIBA workstages 0-7. Due to the complex and sensitive locations and nature of these projects, these involved Traditional means of construction procurement. Simons was involved with all levels of design process, tendering and contract administration works.
