PROJECT:
Small Scale Solid Dose Manufacturing Facility, Refurbishment and Extension to M Building.
FACILITIES AREA:
Ground Floor: 650sqm
Mezzanine Floor: 175sqm
The facility incorporated Dispensing, Granulation, Blending, Compression and Coating Facilities, 2No Flexible Production Suites together with Ancillary GMP Storage Facilities, and an IBC Bin Wash Facility.
PROGRAMME:
Scheme Design: Completed November 2011
Detail Design: Completed February 2010
Start on Site: March 2010
Handover: October 2010
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Simons acted as Lead Consultant to develop Concept, Scheme and Detail Design proposals and provided technical support throughout the pre construction and construction phases, to handover.
