The project involved the design of a new OSD Manufacturing Facility providing Grade D quality space, careful integration of the Equipment requirements was required to coordinate the equipment and facility requirements to ensure the production operations were fully considered within the facility design.


PROGRAMME:

Detail Design: Completed Sept 2014

Start on Site: January 2015

Handover: December 2015

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Simons Design provided a multi-disciplinary design team to develop Concept, Scheme and Detail Design proposals and provided technical support throughout the pre-construction and construction phases, to handover.

The design proposals were developed in BIM to enable detailed coordination of the equipment and services.
