PROJECT:

This project involved conducting a detailed building condition survey of the existing building fabric, akin to a Quinquennial Inspection, for the current owner of the Grade II Listed property in 2023.

Following these initial inspections and investigations, Simons Design developed preliminary sketch proposals for a mini-masterplan of the estate. This strategic plan outlines a phased programme of future works over several years, enhancing and expanding the existing facilities at Skendleby Hall to establish it as a premier luxury exclusive-hire venue, nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
