The project Involved the fit out of two floors of a Landlord’s shell to provide new R&D Wet Labs for Sygnature Discovery.

Second Floor 750sqm Laboratory and Write-up Space.

Simons Design provided Architectural Design services to develop feasibility layout, Concept, Scheme and Detail Design proposals and construction information and provide technical support throughout the construction phase.
