Syrups Manufacturing Facility, Refurbishment and Extension to Existing Manufacturing Building

FACILITIES AREA:

• Ground Floor: 1500sqm

• Mezzanine Plant Floor: 1200sqm

The scope of the project included the phased refurbishment of existing manufacturing space, and a new 4 storey extension accommodating, a new Wash Bay and automated Bin Washer, and Plant Facilities.

PROGRAMME:

Detail Design: Completed June 2013

Start on Site: Sept 2013

Handover: December 2014

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Simons Design provided full design services including M&E and Structural Design Services, throughout the Scheme and Detail Design proposals and pre-construction and construction phases, to handover.
